There are stays you enjoy, and then there are stays that feel like stepping into a gentler rhythm of life.
Where luxury feels effortless, nature feels close, and time seems to slow the moment you arrive. The brand new Treehouse Suites at the Fairmont Windsor, launched in December 2025, are just that and more. Tucked within a private woodland just 40 minutes from central London, these suites feel like a secret sanctuary suspended between the treetops.
There are four treehouses: Robin, Swallow, Dove and Magpie, each with its own personality yet sharing the same sense of calm, craftsmanship and quiet indulgence. Step inside and you’re greeted by a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need should you wish to cook a meal, beautiful bedrooms with bath tubs where you want to drift away in. A welcome hamper awaits on the counter: fresh eggs, crusty bread, milk and a handful of thoughtful goodies that make you feel instantly at home. If you look outside, you will see lush green woodland and hear the birds humming away.

The living room is all countryside charm, with real fire logs that crackle into the evening as if you are in a cosy country cottage. Slide open the doors and you’ll find the showstopper: a large private hot tub on your balcony, perfectly positioned for stargazing with champagne in hand.
Despite the elevated design, the suites are wonderfully child-friendly. Families will find everything they need, from bikes and helmets to explore the grounds, to the sweetest surprise, teepees set up in the bedrooms for little adventurers. You can also bring your furry friends along. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend away or a family staycation, the treehouses adapt beautifully to the mood you bring with you.
And if you feel like stepping out of your woodland cocoon, the main Fairmont hotel is just a five minute stroll away. Here, you can enjoy lunch or dinner at one of their restaurants, unwind in the spa, or let the children dive into the hotel’s ever-changing roster of activities, from guest ponies and birds of prey to pizza-making sessions. It’s all done to an exceptionally high standard; think high tech buggies, SMEG appliances, and service that feels polished yet never pretentious.
These suites have it all covered, and more.

Secret: Just moments away from Windsor Castle, the Fairmont hotel can organise a range of local visits for you. From Savill Garden, to the Royal Windsor Racecourse to the beautiful Cow Pond. Frogmore House and Gardens are also closeby and they are open to individuals on three Charity Open Days each year, when all proceeds are donated to specially selected charities.
